Manuscript account of Charles I's meeting with the Commissioners from both Houses of Parliament on Friday, December 24, 1647. Written, in a period hand, from the perspective of one who witnessed the meeting. The AOUW Papers consist of the meeting minutes, financial records, and membership rolls of the AOUW Grand Lodge of Guthrie Oklahoma, all dating from 1900-1902. Also included among the papers is a photograph of the casket of Father J. J. Upchurch, the organization's founder, as he lay in state at the Masonic Hall in St. Louis, Missouri, 23 January 1887.
